Traffic Restrictions Near Preses Nama Kvartāls Starting June 1
The developer of Preses Nama Kvartāls, AS “PN Project”, and the general contractor, “PN Construction Latvia”, inform that construction work will be carried out within the territory of the Preses Nama Kvartāls business center along the Krišjāņa Valdemāra Street facade. These works are necessary to connect the business center building’s water supply to the “Rīgas ūdens” main network.
Traffic Restrictions Near Preses Nama Kvartāls Starting June 1
The works will commence on June 1 and are expected to take up to three weeks, depending on technical and weather conditions. During this period, traffic will be maintained in a one-way direction from Raņķa dambis towards the city center with a detour organized under the Vanšu Bridge, while the exit ramp from the Vanšu Bridge and the roadway heading towards Zunda krastmala will be closed.
The developer and the contractor apologize for any inconvenience caused and note that all works will be completed by the end of June to minimize the impact on traffic and the surrounding environment as much as possible.
