The Business Centre’s first level has two main entrances, eight elevators, two staircases and an information desk with a waiting area. For the convenience of tenants, a lunch restaurant, coffee shop and other amenities are planned on the first level of the building. The non‑load‑bearing structure of the building provides complete freedom to customise floor plans according to tenants’ needs. Open‑plan office leasing options can accommodate up to eight tenants per floor, ranging from 219 m² to 2 500 m² of office space on a single floor level.

In addition to neutralising traffic noise, the Business Centre’s triple‑glazed windows and façade help save energy by reducing heat loss in winter and heat gain in summer.
