The current construction progress confirms the project’s high readiness level – 87% of glazed facade
elements have been installed and 97% of steel structures have been assembled. In addition, 93% of
external steel structure painting has been completed, 40% of ventilation equipment has been
installed, and 95% of communications and elevator shafts have been prepared for the next stages
of internal network construction.

“The building construction is progressing at an intensive yet controlled pace. At the end of 2025, in
addition to the existing scope of works and contracts, new agreements worth over 7 million euros
were signed with internal network contractors, including SIA “Dian būve”, SIA “Dalago” (electrical
supply), SIA “Arcofire” (fire safety solutions), and SIA “Lafivents”, one of Latvia’s leading companies
in building climate and technical solutions. This strong and experienced team of industry specialists,
covering structural works, engineering networks, electrical supply, fire safety, and building climate
solutions, ensures high work quality, effective cooperation throughout the construction process,
and confidence that the project will be delivered in line with the agreed timelines and Class A
requirements,” states Ivars Kļavinskis, Director of PN Construction Latvia.

“The project implementation requires a high level of professionalism – engineering systems are being
redesigned while construction work continues in parallel. Currently, the delivery of ventilation
equipment to the site is ensured, along with the hoisting of equipment to the roof and its installation
in designated locations,” says Oskars Indāns-Pudulis, Project Manager of SIA “Lafivents” AVK
Department.

“As construction now enters the internal networks phase, this marks an important step towards
completing the building’s technical systems and preparing the premises for future tenants. The
Preses Nama Kvartāls Business Center is the only Class A office building planned to be
commissioned in Riga this year, and we observe strong tenant interest in energy-efficient premises
in the newest development in Pārdaugava, which is easily accessible from Riga city centre.
