Offerings will include classic breakfast options with coffee, egg dishes and hot sandwiches, as well as lighter choices such as yoghurt, porridge, fresh salads and protein bowls, ensuring that everyone can find the right way to start their day.

The Irbēni team will also provide full-service catering for conferences and events at Preses Nama Kvartāls, ranging from morning coffee breaks and light snacks to business lunches and evening banquets. The offering will include coffee breaks with freshly baked goods, buffet-style lunches, individually tailored dishes and special menus designed to accommodate a range of dietary requirements, ensuring that all event participants are well catered for.

Irbēni is a family-owned business that has grown from a small roadside café into a multifunctional leisure complex set in a pine forest between Riga and Jūrmala. The complex includes a family restaurant, hotel, guest house, conference and banquet facilities, and a SPA area. The company’s extensive experience in serving both everyday visitors and large-scale events will now be available to the Preses Nama Kvartāls office community, further strengthening the project’s position as a modern business district offering a wide range of services for its tenants and visitors.

Preses Nama Kvartāls

The Preses Nama Kvartāls development is being implemented in several phases. The first phase includes the construction of an A-class office building. The project’s long-term development concept includes a medical or educational centre, a hotel or residential building, additional office buildings and other infrastructure facilities.

The project developer is Lords LB Asset Management, whose managed collective investment fund assets totalled €1.423 billion at the end of December 2025.

Lease agreements for space in the Preses Nama Kvartāls A-class office building have already been signed with several companies, including OP Bank, Deloitte, Vendon, VILGERTS, Berlin-Chemie/Menarini Baltic, Utilitas Wind and others. The first tenants are expected to move into the building in January 2027.
