Interior works begin at the Preses Nams Kvartāls Class A business centre

07.05.2026

The Business Center building of Preses Nams Kvartāls is scheduled to be commissioned already at the end of 2026, at which time office and retail tenants will also move in. With the building entering its final construction phase – the installation of internal engineering systems and interior fit-out – cooperation agreements have been signed with five interior and internal networks partners, including “Reaton”, one of the largest construction and interior companies in Latvia.

Interior works begin at the Preses Nams Kvartāls Class A business centre

“Preses Nams Kvartāls is one of the most important development projects in Riga, and it sets high standards in terms of both architecture and implementation quality. In this project, Reaton is involved as a partner with more than 30 years of experience, ensuring a structured and professional approach to the design and implementation of engineering networks and interior solutions. The flexibility of the building layout and architectural solutions offers extensive opportunities to adapt offices to the needs of different tenants. Our task in this process is to ensure that these possibilities are implemented in practice and to a high standard, by timely clarifying the technical solutions and coordinating them with the other partners involved in the project,” says Dmitrijs Bugajevs, Director of the Construction Materials and Interior Department at Reaton.

The partners of Preses Nams Kvartāls will ensure a full project cycle – from the installation of engineering networks to completed offices tailored to tenants’ needs. This approach will allow companies to plan their office space in good time and save time on the coordination of design and construction.

Offices fully adaptable to tenants’ needs

“We have reached a stage in the development of the building where we are creating future offices together with our tenants. In cooperation with our construction and interior partners, each tenant can receive premises that precisely match their needs. This is made possible by the building’s structural design, which has practically no internal load-bearing walls and very few columns, as these structural elements are located in the building’s façade. In turn, full-height panoramic windows on each floor allow office layouts to be planned in such a way that every employee feels comfortable.
Of course, the earlier we start the conversation, the sooner an individual office can be ready. We can offer both 100% customised solutions, developed with the support of our office design and fit-out team, as well as faster-to-implement solutions based on office standards created by our leading architects from ARHIS,” emphasises Povils Urbonavičs (Povilas Urbonavičius), Manager of Lords LB Special Fund V.

Active office leasing continues

Interest from both local and international tenants is already high. Office floors ranging from approximately 219 to more than 2,500 m², flexible layouts, panoramic views and energy-efficient systems will enable companies to create a modern work environment focused on employee well-being.
The business centre is planned to be commissioned by the end of 2026. For companies that wish to relocate or expand, the developer recommends starting discussions as early as possible. Premises in the upcoming A+ class business centre in Pārdaugava can already be reserved and, together with interior partners, adapted to specific needs even before the building is commissioned.
